1. How long does it take to process my order?

Once you've placed an order with us, we aim to process it within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order after 6:00 PM (GMT), it will be processed the following business day.


2. When will I receive my order?

After processing, your order will usually be delivered within 4-7 business days, depending on where you're located in the UK. Overall, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days from the time it’s placed.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the UK! No minimum spend is required, and there are no hidden fees. It's our way of making your shopping experience a little easier.


4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via VISA, MasterCard. Rest assured that all transactions are securely processed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.


5. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, we can no longer modify or cancel it. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately, and we will try our best to accommodate you before your order is shipped.


6. Do you ship outside the UK?

At the moment, we are only able to ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time but are working on expanding our services in the future.


7. What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@clovinfashion.com or call +44-9837-573-587 We will work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.


8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can use the tracking number provided to check the status of your package and get real-time updates on its delivery.


9. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes! We offer returns on items within 30 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached. Please note, if the return is due to a change of mind or a mistake with your order, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping cost.


10. How long will it take to process my return?

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process it within 7 business days. A refund will be issued to the original payment method. In some cases, we may offer store credit if you prefer.


11. What if I received the wrong item?

If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@clovinfashion.com or call +44-9837-573-587 We will take care of the return shipping costs and quickly arrange for the right item to be sent to you.
