Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want you to love what you ordered! We offer a 30-day return policy for all items, so you have plenty of time to make sure your purchase is exactly what you wanted.


Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Final sale items are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to wrong size or a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to defective or damaged items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process it and either issue a refund or offer store credit (depending on your preference). Please allow 7 business days for return processing once we have received the item.


Refunds

Refunds are processed using your original payment method. If you choose store credit, you’ll receive it in the form of a gift card that can be used for future purchases.


Refund Processing:

  • After your return is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • If you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the original card used during purchase.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet our return criteria (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with tags).
  • If an item shows signs of wear, damage, or is missing tags, we reserve the right to reject the return.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, you will need to return the original item following our return process and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Order Processing: We typically process orders within 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Orders are usually in transit for 4-7 business days, with an estimated total delivery time of 5-10 business days.
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (GMT) will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping Method: All orders are shipped with our Free Shipping option.
